Hello everyone. My name is Chad Doyle and I absolutely love working at Orangetheory Fitness. I am the Assistant Studio Manager and I love to make personal connections with every member that walks through the door. Like most people, I have struggled with weight loss and weight gain my entire life. I have been on both sides of the battle. It wasn't until deciding to join the Unites States Air Force that I decided to take fitness seriously. After joining the Air Force, I was in the best shape of my life! I love motivating and encouraging people to do their best and I am currently in the process of getting my fitness back on track. It's so easy to lose focus but at Orangetheory, the environment is fantastic and super encouraging. I love all of the members and the staff as family. Hey everyone! I’m Holly Holland and my passion is helping others to feel more comfortable in their own skin through physical fitness! I believe that wellness is a trifecta of mind, body and spirit and that together, we can embrace the BEST of ourselves.
I started teaching group fitness at Humboldt State University over 27 years ago...(time has FLOWN by.....where does it all go?!?) I earned my BA in French in 1993. My plan was to become a French instructor, but...lol...I’m pretty sure that God had other plans.
During my time as an instructor at HSU, I had a student who was known to have seizures. Even though I was CPR and First Aid certified at the time, I never truly felt prepared to deal with a potential emergency. It was then that I decided to take an EMT class to ensure my abilities and part of EMT class was doing a ride-a-long on an ambulance. I LOVED it!!! So I got an EMT job driving an ambulance and responding to 911 calls. Eventually that progressed to putting myself through Paramedic school. I am currently working as a full time Firefighter/Paramedic with the Phoenix Fire Department and am planning my retirement soon!
People who call 911 place their trust in me and my brothers and sisters on the Fire Department with their lives, and I do not take that lightly. We see people in their darkest moments and are there to give them the best possible emergency care that they can receive. I am blessed to be able to earn a living helping others.
As fate would have it, my blessings have continued throughout my time working in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor, SPIN Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and a Group Fitness Coordinator as well.
In addition to my 10 years teaching at HSU, I have taught at Mountainside, LA Fitness, Bally’s, Gold’s, RVCC, YMCA, YWCA and JCC just to name a few during my time in the industry. I hold my ACE certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I am a nationally registered Paramedic certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and PEPP.
Orangetheory Fitness??? Really???? OMG as an instructor, this is undoubtably the most exciting time EVER in group fitness. Never before have SO MANY PEOPLE been excited about group fitness!!! Individuals, couples, families, friends, co-workers...everyone unites at OTF!!!
If you are new to fitness I can’t wait to get to know you and together, we can achieve ANYTHING that we set our minds to. If you are looking to improve or maintain your current state of fitness, I am BLESSED to be a part of your journey as well!
Group fitness has ALWAYS been my passion and I love that I GET TO work with some of the most inspiring and genuinely kind people I have ever known. We all seem to have our own story and together, we always seem find the BEST in each other! So, the next question is: Have you signed up for your next class??? Let’s do this!!!

I have been with Orangetheory Fitness since July 2015, and I love coming through those doors every day to help motivate and encourage members to be the "best version of themselves." I love that I can bring energy into their days and create a positive impact in so many ways.
I enjoy all activities outside, and most importantly I love to be with my two young kids, Navi and Lex, and my wonderful friends.
